Refresh and Relax for rough skin: Mt. Fuji

Introducing yourself to first-time visitors. ______

Skin that brightens your expression can only be produced if you are happy in mind and body.

To prevent the condition from worsening, we recommend that people with sensitive skin in particular check this.

I I suffered from atopic dermatitis caused by cosmetics , and I was suffering mentally and physically every day.

After that, I worked in product development at a major cosmetics company, and learned why my skin had become rough.

I also learned about the petroleum system in cosmetics. I'm confused... I'm confused when I see the surprising irritating and ineffective ingredients in organic and additive-free cosmetics...

Skincare is also high quality and environmentally friendly. Utilizing the ancient wisdom of coexisting with nature, we will create FRMA that also incorporates modern wisdom! From Ancient Times to now, the first product is cosmetics.

For a brighter look and a brighter life. FRMA cosmetics are a tool to help you live a happy life . This blog will explore hints for living each day in a happy mood .

Mount Fuji

Is there anyone out there who wants to climb Mount Fuji at least once? Why not try it this year?! I decided to climb it on a lucky day.

We climbed, picking up trash as we went. It's sad, but there's a lot of trash... so much that I wanted to pick it up. I would be happy if you could pick up any trash you have and take it home with you when you climb. I definitely want you to take it home with you.

About altitude sickness

Descending was difficult for me. I had a headache. There was no oxygen, so just as you were about to descend, your brain reacted by saying, "There's no oxygen in my brain!" and a lot of blood was sent to your brain, causing a headache. I was feeling great while climbing and at the top!

@Summit We walked around the crater.

One of the friends I climbed with was climbing for revenge. Apparently, he had collapsed on the ninth climb last time and was completely unable to move. He was very upset about it, so we climbed together this time as a revenge. My friend's second attempt was no problem at all! He was in better spirits than me and made it down the mountain. Does human experience give us the ability to adapt?

↑I was surprised to see my friend descending the mountain in such good health. I couldn't carry my luggage so my friend helped me down the mountain.

A friend of mine who went to Machu Picchu in Peru said that once you get used to high altitudes, your blood circulation is at its best, lol. My friend is a doctor, so he puts it that way, lol. Apparently, living on the ground makes you feel like you have wings on your legs. Apparently, that feeling lasts for a week. I wonder if I can go to Tibet and experience this when I come back to Japan? Nepal would be good too. I'd like to try it, lol.

Above 3000m, I felt like it was no place for humans to live. I felt like an ant, and at the top I felt incredibly energetic, and I think I was able to understand my own functions as a human being.

I highly recommend you try climbing Mt. Fuji and picking up any trash you find as you go up and down. It's a great experience that you'll want to talk about again and again. When you see Mt. Fuji from an airplane, you'll remember that you climbed up here!
