I think it was in 2010. I saw Johan Rockström 's "Let the
I watched the film "Environment Guide Our Development." At the time, I vaguely thought that someone would improve the environment, just like with the ozone layer problem. Now it's 2022 and the "environmental balance" is still getting worse, so I felt that I had to do "what I can."

One of the things I can do is in the cosmetics industry, which I have been involved in until now. I have had the experience of working with R&D staff at various manufacturers and have been blessed with the opportunity to meet talented people that I would not normally meet, which has allowed me to gain knowledge myself.

I often hear people say, "After using famous department store brands or regular cosmetics sold in stores, my skin became very sensitive and rough after a few years."

I was one of them. In my 20s, I started working and had more money, so I started using only famous brands (lol). After a few years, the more I used the products, the more problems I started to have, like red bumps and dryness, and my skin became quite atopic.

I thought natural or organic products might be okay, but they still caused the same symptoms, so I was at a loss as to which commercially available products were safe and effective for skin care.

"Why does this happen to human skin? Why is society like this?"

When I thought about it,

I wondered, "Have humans forgotten about nature and ancient wisdom?"

From the perspective of FRMA, there is still much room for improvement in products in the skin care industry.

Although I was told that I was doing something reckless and foolish, I created the first cosmetics product that was perfect for FRMA.

I am so grateful to everyone who has helped me over the years.

Foods that connect ancient wisdom and are still used today are truly delicious! I have had many experiences where I found something so overwhelmingly delicious that I couldn't eat anything else. (I'm a foodie.)

As I mentioned at the beginning, in order to contribute to the restoration of the natural environment by "doing what we can," we would like to strengthen our business by making profits from tree planting and soil improvement, as well as by considering raw material development, research and development, etc.! "In the future, will it be possible to create a zero-carbon factory with the Green Premium concept? I would like to create a zero-carbon factory!" In 2023, I would like to hear from people who own factories to get a better understanding of the current situation.

As Bill Gates writes in his 2021 book, "How to Avoid a Climate Disaster: My Decision for the Future of the Earth," the environment that is comfortable for humanity is deteriorating. (I highly recommend this book, and it's likely available in your local library.)
