Are you taking measures against UV rays ?

Sunscreen is important for your skin. I'm also sensitive to UV rays, but I think it has the power of a nuclear bomb. It's important to apply the right amount to ensure it's effective. When I asked customers, they were applying a very small amount. Even if you think you're using a lot, it may just be the right amount. ( The standard amount used is said to be 2 mg per 1 cm².

Love yourself! Make time to relax, do things you enjoy, and don't push yourself too hard. Get enough sleep.

    An irregular lifestyle is also stressful for the body. Excessive dieting too.

    A balanced diet

    Make sure to eat a nutritionally balanced diet!

    -Are you drinking enough water?
