Introducing yourself to first-time visitors. ______

Skin that brightens your expression can only be produced if you are happy in mind and body.

To prevent the condition from worsening, we recommend that people with sensitive skin in particular check this.

I I suffered from atopic dermatitis caused by cosmetics , and I was suffering mentally and physically every day.

After that, I worked in product development at a major cosmetics company, and learned why my skin had become rough.

I also learned about the petroleum system in cosmetics. I'm confused... I'm confused when I see the surprising irritating and ineffective ingredients in organic and additive-free cosmetics...

High-quality skincare that's also good for the environment. Utilizing the ancient wisdom of coexisting with nature, and incorporating modern wisdom, let's create FRMA! From Ancient Times To Now the first one is cosmetics ♪

recently, We hear the terms health literacy and wellness literacy.

Even though healthy life expectancy is increasing, the average healthy life expectancy for men is 72.68 years, and for women it is 75.38 years. Isn't that shorter than you thought? I think it's very important to live happily in terms of healthy life expectancy. FRMA also aims to help people live happily and healthily for as long as possible. I would like to think about health literacy and wellness literacy.

As one of them.

When I talk to high school and university students, I felt there was no place to gain awareness and knowledge about health literacy and wellness literacy. I started doing an internship with the hope of thinking about the future together with students.

The students seemed to have had no idea about the basics of cosmetic ingredients, and listened attentively. I think there is still a lot that Itakura from FRMA doesn't know either. I hope we can continue to exchange information and learn together.

Hello. My name is Hinako Hayashi and I am currently interning at FRMA . I am 21 years old and a third- year student at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. I majored in environmental studies at university and am currently studying abroad at the University of Helsinki in Finland. I decided to interne because I was inspired by FRMA 's vision for cosmetics that are kind to both nature and people, and their vision for the future. I hope that through the articles I write, many people will share the same feelings.

June in Finland

______________________________________ ______________________________________

When we hear the word "June," we think of the rainy season in Japan. It's a season when humid rain falls day after day, and it can make you feel a little gloomy. On the other hand, in Finland, the long winter comes to an end, and it's the season between spring and summer, when all living things are full of vitality. People become active and enjoy spending time in nature. It's a season when people don't have much to do, but just walk through the forest, have picnics, and enjoy a relaxing time.

During this most beautiful time of the year, I went a little further from the capital, Helsinki, to a village called Fiskars.

Fiskars Village

Fiskars Village is about an hour's train ride from Helsinki, then a 15-minute taxi ride from the nearest station, Karjaa Station. It's a very small village, but it's now home to over 100 artists. A steelworks was built here in 1649, and the area became famous for its ironworks, but today it's an art and design village where many artists gather.

Finland Forest

The first thing that catches your eye is the lake and the vast nature. Artists' shops and museums are lined up around the small lake. The contrast between the engrossing blue sky, the green trees, and the small red huts is beautiful, like a painting.

I enjoyed looking into each of the small shops and talking with the artists. It was clear that each piece was carefully crafted, and it was very impressive to see the artists proudly talking about their work.

As lunchtime approached, the number of people increased. The restaurant was bustling, and many people were enjoying drinks in the sun on the terrace.

Lunch at Fiskars Village. Lots of vegetables.

After that, I just sat in the field and enjoyed the beautiful nature. I was able to take a public bus to Karjaa Station, which only runs a few times a day, and was able to return to Helsinki safely.

It was only a day trip, but it was a wonderful time that refreshed both my mind and body.

Update: It seems that a music festival will be held from July 29th to August 3rd, 2024. I'm sure it will be a very popular event.

FRMA develops products that address such topics as what foods are good for rough skin, sudden rough skin, how to quickly cure rough skin, skin care for rough skin, severe rough skin, especially on the face, what kind of skin do you have?, seasonal rough skin, rough skin in spring, how to quickly cure rough skin, rough skin in people in their 40s and 50s, and the causes of rough skin.
