Refresh and Relax for rough skin: Dewa Sanzan

Introducing yourself to first-time visitors. ______

Skin that brightens your expression can only be produced if you are happy in mind and body.

To prevent the condition from worsening, we recommend that people with sensitive skin in particular check this.

I I suffered from atopic dermatitis caused by cosmetics , and I was suffering mentally and physically every day.

After that, I worked in product development at a major cosmetics company, and learned why my skin had become rough.

I also learned about the petroleum system in cosmetics. I'm confused... I'm confused when I see the surprising irritating and ineffective ingredients in organic and additive-free cosmetics...

Skincare is also high quality and environmentally friendly. Utilizing the ancient wisdom of coexisting with nature, we will create FRMA that also incorporates modern wisdom! From Ancient Times to now, the first product is cosmetics.

For a brighter look and a brighter life. FRMA cosmetics are a tool to help you live a happy life . This blog will explore hints for living each day in a happy mood .

Have you ever been to Dewa Sanzan?

Located in Yamagata Prefecture, Dewa Sanzan is the collective name for Mount Haguro, Mount Gassan, and Mount Yudono.

From the Dewa Sanzan Shrine website: http://www.dewasanzan.jp/

Until the Edo period, it was a mountain of Shugendo, where a Shinto-Buddhist syncretism Gongen deity was enshrined.

Since the Meiji period, they have become sacred mountains, with Mount Haguro worshipping Inakuratama no Mikoto, Mount Gassan worshipping Tsukuyomi no Mikoto, and Mount Yudono worshipping the three gods Oyamatsumi no Mikoto, Okuninushi no Mikoto, and Sukunahikona no Mikoto. However, since the founding of the mountain, the ancient Haguro school of Shugendo has been passed down, and the faith in the Dewa Sanzan remains unchanged to this day.

If you go there, you will see that it has not changed to this day.

I stayed at a lodging run by a mountain ascetic. At the lodging, a Shinto ritual is held at 6:00 AM to purify the body before entering the mountain.

At Mount Yudono, you should neither speak nor hear. You should not tell anyone about what you have seen, and you should not ask anyone about it.

I want to go again!!! I want to go many times!!!

I walked all the way to Mount Gassan, Mount Haguro, and Mount Yudono.

The air is different.

At night, the five-story pagoda was lit up, and although I was too surprised to take any photos, I did see two flying squirrels!! They looked like white cushions flying, and were bigger than a bat or a flying squirrel, and I was really surprised. When I returned to the temple lodging and told the monk, "I saw a flying squirrel!", he said he had never seen one before. Apparently, flying squirrels are nocturnal, so it's hard to see them. I was so lucky. They were flying from tree to tree, and I wondered if their claws were impressive? They were climbing the trees, making a fierce, monster-like "clack, clack, clack" noise.
