Skin Care Diet: Do you like wasabi?

Foods that are good for rough skin

Introducing yourself to first-time visitors. ______

To have skin that makes your face shine, you need to be happy both mentally and physically. To prevent this from worsening, we especially recommend that those with sensitive skin be checked.

I I suffered from atopic dermatitis caused by cosmetics , and I was suffering mentally and physically every day.

After that, I worked in product development at a major cosmetics company, and learned why my skin had become rough.

I also learned about the petroleum system in cosmetics. I'm confused... I'm confused when I see the surprising irritating and ineffective ingredients in organic and additive-free cosmetics...

Skincare is also high quality and environmentally friendly. Utilizing the ancient wisdom of coexisting with nature, we will create FRMA that also incorporates modern wisdom! From Ancient Times to now, the first product is cosmetics.

For a brighter look and a brighter life. FRMA cosmetics are a tool to help you live a happy life . This blog will explore hints for living each day in a happy mood .

Do you like wasabi?

Wasabi is a very good antioxidant.

The components contained in the rhizome of real wasabi are: It appears to enhance the detoxification function of liver cells.

I have a weak liver, and my doctor said that illness puts a strain on the liver.

Once, when I had mumps, I also developed acute hepatitis.

Is that why? I love wasabi so much that I'm known as the "Wasabi Woman." Maybe my body just craves it.

I often make wasabi balls (about 3cm balls) and sometimes mix in plums or bonito flakes.

Today I mixed in some dried small sardines.

After investigating various

・Compared to other vegetables, it has an overwhelming "power to activate detoxification enzymes."

- Effective when taken at a rate of 3-5 grams daily

・Even if you buy a lot of "tube wasabi," it's not effective.

・It is not included in "horseradish"

I have also had the opportunity to visit a wasabi farmer.

The environment in which wasabi grows in Japan is one in which the wind blows and clean water flows constantly.

I've even seen a documentary in France about growing wasabi in a different environment!

My Wasabi-chan today 💛 from Shizuoka

Real Wasabi

There are varieties from Nagano, Izu, Shizuoka (the area around Mt. Fuji is apparently famous), Tottori, etc. There is also wasabi, which is often used with soba noodles (it has a mellow, sweet flavor compared to other wasabi).

I once heard a story from a wasabi wholesaler in Tsukiji (now Toyosu).

When I have more free time, I would like to explore wasabi all over the country and contribute to the survival of farms.

Wasabi is also the crest of the Tokugawa family in Edo!

The hollyhock crest is a wasabi leaf.

FRMA (From Ancient Times Now, connecting ancient wisdom to the present) is also an ingredient I would like to use someday!

Tell me a bit more about yourself ______

I have been involved in product development at a major cosmetics company, spending my time in a manufacturer's "creation" environment. I have been in an environment where I can ask various questions such as "Why is my skin rough?" at a research institute with over 150 years of history.

"Human excess"

"Learn about the global petroleum system, which also involves cosmetics"

"The fact that people hurt people"

Is it okay for the future to continue as it is in 2022 and 2023? Although our power is very small, even smaller than that of an ant, we decided to do something and established FRMA.

We believe in tiny things, big impact. From Ancient Times to Now, we want to combine ancient wisdom of coexistence with nature with modern wisdom.

Connecting ancient wisdom and reducing the world's problems to ZERO!

FRMA develops products that address such topics as what foods are good for rough skin, sudden rough skin, how to quickly cure rough skin, skin care for rough skin, severe rough skin, especially on the face, what kind of skin do you have?, seasonal rough skin, rough skin in spring, how to quickly cure rough skin, rough skin in people in their 40s and 50s, and the causes of rough skin.
