Skin Care: Fermented Foods: Fermented Bean Cultures Around the World

Introducing yourself to first-time visitors. ______

Skin that brightens your expression can only be produced if you are happy in mind and body.

To prevent the condition from worsening, we recommend that people with sensitive skin in particular check this.

I I suffered from atopic dermatitis caused by cosmetics , and I was suffering mentally and physically every day.

After that, I worked in product development at a major cosmetics company, and learned why my skin had become rough.

I'm confused by the surprising irritating and ineffective ingredients in organic and additive-free cosmetics out there...

Skincare is also high quality and environmentally friendly. Utilizing the ancient wisdom of coexisting with nature, we will create FRMA that also incorporates modern wisdom! From Ancient Times to now, the first product is cosmetics.

For a brighter look and a brighter life. FRMA cosmetics are a tool to help you live a happy life . This blog will explore hints for living each day in a happy mood .

Fermented foods for healthy skin and mind

______________________________________ ______________________________________ _____ _____

When you're concerned about rough skin, it's said that it's important not only to take care of your skin but also to maintain a healthy intestinal environment. The intestines are also known as the "second brain," and a healthy intestinal environment has a positive effect on skin condition and mental balance. Fermented foods, in particular, have the power to increase the number of good bacteria in the intestines and support the health of the entire body.

We will introduce the culture of fermented beans outside of Japan.

Fermented beans are what we call in Japan Natto. Did you know about it? If I hadn't participated in FRMA, I might never have researched fermentation cultures around the world. I looked into it and was impressed! It's exciting to learn about the various fermented foods and the culture that goes along with fermentation.

1. Wild Bean Natto from Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan

The wild soybean is said to be the ancestor of the native Japanese soybean, and is characterized by its small size but extremely high nutritional value. Apparently, there is natto made with wild soybeans in Yamanashi Prefecture, but I haven't been able to find it yet. I guess I'll just have to try making it myself. It is said to have a stronger aroma and richer flavor than regular natto.

2. Bicalaga, fermented hibiscus beans from Burkina Faso

In Burkina Faso, West Africa, there is a fermented bean dish called "Bikalaga." These fermented beans are made with hibiscus, giving them a unique flavor and sour taste. Hibiscus has antioxidant properties, and fermentation also helps regulate the intestinal environment, which can be expected to have skin-beautifying and detoxifying effects. This traditional food is packed with wisdom to support health even in the harsh African environment. I want to try it!

3. Korean Cheonggukjang

In Korea, there is a fermented food similar to natto called "cheonggukjang." It has a stronger fermented smell than regular natto and is often used in Korean miso soup (jjigae). Cheonggukjang is rich in nattokinase and isoflavones, which help promote blood flow and regulate hormone balance. It may also help with skin turnover and prevent dullness and dryness!

4. Dawadawa, Nigeria

In Nigeria, a fermented bean product called "dawadawa" is traditionally made. It is made by fermenting locust beans (a native African bean) and is used as a seasoning for soups and stews. Dawadawa is rich in probiotics, which are thought to help balance intestinal bacteria, reduce inflammation, and improve rough skin and allergies.

In the future, I want to create products for everyone's health! I also want to gather evidence-based data on the effectiveness of these products, and use this tradition to make them even better!

Beautiful from the inside out!

Especially when you're concerned about rough skin or stress, I think it's a good idea to incorporate fermented foods into your daily routine and try to heal from the inside out. Personally, I always consume dietary fiber and kefir. Is it my gut? I feel better when my insides are in good condition. I also consume protein and carbohydrates. I also did a lot of weight training in my 40s. Maybe that's why I don't feel the menopause as much. I think it's partly because I'm 52, but I've also noticed that it's much better to cut down on oils. I usually get my oils from MTC, coconut oil, flaxseed, extra virgin olive oil, and extra virgin sesame oil, but I've started to cut back on the amount I consume.
